Easter in the Castro: A Celebration of Spring and Community

Springtime has arrived in the Castro, just in time for Easter! Last Friday, we replaced the Rainbow Flag to welcome the new season. The retired flag is joining the Castro Merchant's Rainbow Flag Donation Program, heading to the Hand Bookbinders of California. It's set to be showcased in the 53rd exhibition at the American Bookbinding Museum.

Easter has always been a not-to-miss celebration in the Castro. The arrival of spring in San Francisco's vibrant Castro District is always met with cheerful moments, and we'd love for you to join us!

From the fun-filled Eggstravaganza to the bustling Farmer's Market, discover how the Castro comes alive with community spirit, colorful events, and unique local experiences.

Here's to a spring filled with Easter fun and surprises!
